Baking speculaas dolls

During Open Monument Day, there is not only plenty to see but also plenty to taste at the Bakery Museum at the Warkense Molen . Delicious speculaas figures are baked in the traditional wood-fired oven. Take one home with you or enjoy it straight away with a nice cup of coffee. At the Maalderieë, there will be presentations at 11.30 am and 2.00 pm on the history of the mill, the restoration work and the grant that is making the preservation of this special monument possible.
