Rembrandt – Draw your selfie

Draw your selfie or your self-portrait, just like Rembrandt.

Let’s get started on a self-portrait! Rembrandt produced as many as eighty self-portraits. He did this to practise. He didn’t have a phone to take selfies, so he used a mirror. We’re going to give that a go too!

Cost: free, booking is compulsory (museum admission not included).

This children’s workshop is part of the exhibition ‘Rembrandt, from dark to light’ at the Stedelijk Museum Zutphen.
