The Wijnhuistoren tower on the Groenmarkt is free to climb! The guide awaits you at the bottom of the tower to take you to great heights. The attic of the Wijnhuistoren houses an exhibition on the origins of the tower and the carillon. The highlight is the beautiful and photogenic view of the city and its surroundings.
Opening hours and access
To climb the Wijnhuistoren , the entrance on Lange Hofstraat is used. At the street sign, the guide picks up guests. Advance booking is not possible: whoever gets there first has the first chance to join. In bad or too hot weather - for safety reasons - there will be no ascent. There will therefore be no street sign outside.
