The Great Boundless Music Concert

On Thursday 12 November 2026, the ‘Het Grote Grenzeloos Muziek Concert’ will take place at the Waterkracht Community Centre in Zutphen. During this special evening, pupils from Grenzeloos Muziek and the Zutphen Zingt Werelds Choir will perform the pieces they have been working on recently.

Grenzeloos Muziek offers newcomers with a refugee background the opportunity to develop their talents through music, meet others and actively participate in society. Participants receive music lessons in Zutphen from professional teachers and can make music both individually and in groups. The choir ‘Zutphen Zingt Werelds’, in which newcomers and residents of Zutphen sing together, is also part of the programme.

All of this comes together during the ‘Het Grote Grenzeloos Muziek Concert’. Visitors can look forward to a varied musical programme featuring singing, instrumental pieces and ensemble performances. The concert was originally scheduled for 25 June but had to be cancelled due to the extreme heat.

With the concert on 12 November, Grenzeloos Muziek invites residents of Zutphen and the surrounding area to discover the programme and the musical talents of the participants. It promises to be a warm and varied evening centred around music and socialising. Places are limited. Visitors are therefore advised to arrive in good time.

Grenzeloos Muziek as part of Muzehof
Since 2026, Grenzeloos Muziek has been part of Muzehof , a centre for the arts. This has given the initiative, originally founded by Merel Harkink, a permanent place within Zutphen’s cultural infrastructure.
