On Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November, the annual Zutphen/Warnsveld Studio Route will take place. Around 40 artists will be opening the doors of their studios to the public on those days. Between 11.00 and 17.00, everyone is welcome to pop in, view the artists’ work and chat with them.

The theme of this edition is ‘Studios Open & Closed’, an encounter between visual art and poetry. In their studios, the participating artists demonstrate how words and images can reinforce one another: what a poem does to an image, and vice versa.

An information point has been set up at the ‘ Hampshire Hotel 's Gravenhof ’ in Zutphen. Leaflets providing an overview of all participating studios are available here. The leaflet is also available at VVV Zutphen, Dat Bolwerck and from the participating artists in their studios.

The Zutphen/Warnsveld Studio Route is organised by Kunst Connectie Zutphen (KCZ), a foundation run by and for professional artists from Zutphen. The foundation aims to promote art in Zutphen in an innovative way.
