Rondleiding en proeverij bij rokerij Zuidvenne
Join a guided tour and tasting session at the traditional Zuidvenne smokehouse. You’ll be welcomed with a cup of coffee, tea or water in the smokehouse’s lounge. The master smoker will take you to the heart of the business; during the tour, various topics will be covered, such as fish quality assessment, preservation techniques, wood and much more.
The tour concludes with a tasting of authentic smoked products. The tour is available for groups of 12 or more; booking is essential.
