Restaurant 'De Revolutie'
A South American restaurant and bar serving delicious tapas, South American specialities and cocktails. It is situated on the Zaadmarkt, near the fountain. Originally a Cuban restaurant, it features a colourful décor, murals and Spanish-language music. The chefs use fresh herbs, spices, vegetables and homemade, flavourful sauces. Specialities include deliciously flambéed fajitas, burritos, burgers, quesadillas and grilled steaks made with Black Angus beef. The homemade tapas menu is perfect for sharing if you can’t decide what to choose. The house-marinated spare ribs have been famous far and wide for years, but vegetarians are also spoilt for choice with no fewer than seven different main courses. They also serve lunch.
