The team at Broederenklooster warmly welcomes you to this unique hotel, restaurant and kitchen. Here, you’ll feel as though you’ve stepped back into the Middle Ages, but with a surprisingly modern twist. Chefs Niels Minkman and Niels van Dooijeweert have both earned a Michelin star in the past and are once again striving to reach this top level. Would you like to enjoy dishes from the kitchen, but not a full lunch or dinner? There’s also a small menu featuring a selection of amuse-bouches and finger food. You’re also very welcome to pop in for a cup of coffee with homemade pastries, a fantastic glass of wine, a gin and tonic, a cocktail or one of the beers from our special beer tap.
