Van Someren & Ten Bosch

In 1844, 23-year-old Arnhemmer Albert Evert Carel van Someren opened a bookshop in Zutphen's Turfstraat. Van Someren was not only a bookseller, but also a printer and publisher; he translated novels, which he published himself, and wrote poetry. The current shop still exudes history. The Russian library is there, as are the Spanish library and the Perpetua series. The cabinets are richly stocked with literature, art, history, music, philosophy and children's books.
