Exhibition
Nurturing desire through its fulfilment – Growing in solitude | work by Melanie Bosboom
Dat Bolwerck and BIJ de bieb are jointly presenting this exhibition by Melanie Bosboom (1971, Zutphen). For the Broederenkerk, Bosboom has developed a new series of spatial installations, inspired by the historic murals and the distinctive architecture of the church interior.
At Dat Bolwerck , this presentation is complemented by photographic work. Together, the two venues form a single cohesive whole centred on identity, physicality and vulnerability: recurring themes in Bosboom’s work.
