Blizz tanning salon is a member of the ‘Samenwerking Verantwoord Zonnen’ trade association. SVZ tanning salons adhere to a Code of Practice. This code prioritises quality, safety and hygiene for you, the customer. Naturally, we also strictly comply with European standards. The Code is rigorously enforced by the SVZ.

Tanning salons in the Netherlands must comply with strict European safety standards drawn up by a group of scientists. These standards include, amongst other things:
- Sunbeds must not emit more ‘sun’ (UV light) than the sun on the Mediterranean.

- Sunbeds must not emit more ‘sun’ (UV light) than the sun in the Mediterranean.
- Tanning salons are obliged to conduct an initial consultation, determine your skin type and provide you with sound advice on a tanning programme.
- Young people under the age of 18 are not permitted to use sunbeds.
